A laundry room is fully equipped with a laundry station (laundry machine and dryer) inside the home for your convenience. Additionally, there is internet access in the entire home for all family members or friends to be connected anytime. As a beachfront property, you will be just steps away from the beach ideal for relaxing days, also it is walking distance from town, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. The International Guanacaste Airport is about a 1-hour drive from the property and similar distance to other locations to explore.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your safety is our top priority. Please note, we have security cameras installed on the exterior of the property, monitoring only outdoor areas. Camera locations: There is a doorbell camera at the main entrance gate and in the home entrance door, an additional camera monitoring outside the main gate. A camera is also positioned on the stairways and another is located at the opposite corner providing a view of the back of the property. The two front cameras are looking from the court to the gate and beach. These cameras are connected and actively recording any outdoor activity at all times. Additionally, a motion sensor with an audible beep is activated on the stairs.As the community continues to develop, please note there is currently a construction near this property and it is out of our hands to control their work during the day.
